A word about sweeteners...

 

Our mission at Pure Market Express is to meet you where you are in your journey towards a healthy diet and provide healthy, life giving food that is delicious. We want to provide food that will make each and every person who tries our goodies crave healthier eating.


As a part of our mission creating yummy crave worthy food we use a variety of sweeteners including dates, honey, maple syrup and dark agave nectar. We are very careful to procure only the highest quality organic ingredients and are confident that none of these ingredients in moderation are detrimental in any way.
However, we are dedicated to meeting our customers where they are in their health journey and are aware that you may prefer some sweeteners over others. Therefore we offer to substitute any sweetener in any dish for the ingredient of your choice. Other sweetener options include:
Date sugar
Sucanat
Coconut nectar
Coconut crystals
Xylitol
Stevia


Please let us know in the comment section of your order if you wish to have your sweeteners substituted and we will happily fulfill that request. We all offer carob substitution for cacao. If you have specific allergies, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we will gladly make your goodies to order.
